2. Processing, Transit & Cut-Off Timelines

Our total fulfillment timeline is split into Handling/Processing Time and Delivery/Transit Time:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) (Monday through Friday).

  • Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Domestic Transit Time (USA): 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 13 business days (Monday through Friday).

Please Note: Orders placed after the 5:00 PM EST cut-off time, or over weekends and national holidays, will enter processing on the following business day.

3. Authorized Delivery Carriers

4. Shipment Tracking

Please Note: Once an order has entered dispatch or shipping transit, we are unable to alter the destination address.

  • Prior to Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

  • After Dispatch: If your shipment is already in transit, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit. Please follow our Return Policy procedures once the item arrives at your location.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the outer box and contents before opening and notify our team immediately.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking status displays “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please verify with family members or nearby neighbors. If the package remains unfound, contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate an official carrier search investigation.

8. International Shipping Scope

This shipping policy covers domestic United States orders. Currently, our standard free shipping terms and order fulfillment apply exclusively to shipping addresses within the United States.
